Terms of Registration
I understand and agree to the following: To inform Springstep in the event of any medical concerns that may be prohibitive to the student's full participation in classes; to waive and release any and all claims of personal injury or property damage that he or she may have against Springstep, its agents, faculty, or employees; to allow the registering student's image and/or name to be used in print, film and electronic promotional material.
