Workshops for Families & Children Get out of the mud and slush for three exciting multicultural afternoons. Each month’s event will feature a short performance, followed by a music and dance workshop to get people of all ages dancing, singing, learning, and having fun together.

Tickets: Pre-register: $6 children / $8 adults At the door: $8 children / $10 adults

(Babies in arms are free)

 

In order to cover the costs of processing your registration we must add a $0.50 processing fee.

Greek Dance & Music
with Panayotis (Paddy) League

Fall into the contagious rhythms and melodies of Greek music with dynamic musician, Panayotis (Paddy) League. In this workshop, you will discover an exciting array of traditional Greek music, story, and song, by taking part in circle dances and fun, sometimes silly call and response songs. You will also get familiar with a variety of interesting Greek instruments. Greek music is party music, so bring your dancing shoes and get ready to shout “Opa”! Panayotis League has performed traditional Greek music at concerts, festivals, and community celebrations all over Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, and Greek Diaspora communities throughout the world.
